Hello everyone! I'm Yang, the founder and head baker at Cloud Patisserie. My journey into baking began unexpectedly during my maternity leave when I discovered my passion for it. I brought the creativity and love for colors and materials from my background as a graphic designer into the art of baking.
At Cloud Patisserie, we believe baking is more than just a skill—it's about creativity, inspiration, and respect for quality ingredients. That's why all our pastries are handmade with the freshest ingredients sourced from Finland’s natural bounty. By blending French techniques with Asian flavors like yuzu, green tea, and roasted sesame, we create light and layered treats. I also enjoy experimenting with traditional Finnish flavors, adding a local touch to our innovative desserts.
One of my favorite moments is seeing customers pause in front of our pastry display, drawn in by fluffy Swiss rolls or glistening fruit tarts. And the best part? Watching those creations packed up and ready to spread joy in local cafés.
